Description
Well here it is.. the end result of my art project about Osamu Tezuka... x.x It looks terrible; I know that. 
But it was way more work behind it than it looks. Lots of concept sketches to figure out composition and design. And hours of hard (and detailed) work to get it done in time. It got kind of rushed in the end and I was low on energy, so it didn't turn out as good as I wanted it to...
The drawing features my character Levix Staccato (on the left) and some of his story (not yet offical, his story is far from done). It's supposed to be a picture frame designed to match the theme of the story. The glass is supposed to look shattered, and features scenes, characters and objects from Levix' story in the broken pieces.
-The big face on the top is supposed to represent a villain of some sort.
-The hurt man is Levix' father and is a part of the story that is more or less offical. This and the concept sketches for that part of the drawing is the first time I have drawn blood and wounds, so it doesen't look very good... x.x I'm also trying out new ways to draw expressions here.
-The chemistry set does not need much explanation... It's simply just a chemistry set in a lab. Reference: [link]
-The last one is supposed to represent Levix' fathers discovery/invention (the same blue ball Levix holds in his hand). This one is inspired by the 'blue core' in the animated Astro Boy movie made in 2009. I may change that in the story.
I worked REALLY hard on this and would appreciate it a lot if you'd leave me a comment. Whether it's a critique or just a simple comment; it would be lovely!

AH, so THAT'S what the fabled Levix looks like... Gotta say, he looks kinda like Dexter, mind you, most scientists do, so disregard that last comment
